Reimbursement for Bachelor's Degree studies
- Cancellation of enrolment may be requested within the period established in the academic and administrative calendar. If a refund is authorised, 10% of the total amount of the enrolment fee is retained to cover general expenses: delivery of documents, reservation of places, and administration costs.
- Total refunding of the enrolment fee is only possible if the cancellation is for reasons attributable to the school or if the enrolment has been cancelled because the Oficina d'Orientació per a l'Accés Universitari (OOAU) has given the student a place at another public university due to a re-allocation of places within the pre-enrolment process, and the cancellation request is submitted within the period established in the academic and administrative calendar.
- Outside the period established in the academic and administrative calendar, enrolment cancellation requests are only accepted in exceptional cases in which unexpected causes of a personal nature are duly shown to prevent the interested party from following the course in a normal way. If a refund is authorised, 20% of the total amount of the enrolment fee is retained to cover general costs, plus the proportion of the total amount of the enrolment fee that corresponds to the course period that has elapsed.
